I began taking piano lessons at the age of five, and I immediately fell in love with the instrument. As I grew, so did my passion for piano. By the time I was graduating high school, I knew I wasn’t ready to leave the piano behind, as so many do. Determined to continue, I practiced diligently and auditioned for the University of Tulsa.
I was honored to receive the Patti Johnson Wilson Scholarship at the University of Tulsa, where I studied under the renowned pianist Dr. Price, with a focus on Piano Performance.
During my collegiate years, I dedicated myself to expanding my repertoire, refining my technique, and embracing numerous performance opportunities that enriched my growth as a musician.
In 2022, I graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Music alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (because I love a good challenge).
After graduating, I found myself reflecting on the next steps in my journey. I knew I wasn’t ready to part ways with the piano, but I discovered something even more fulfilling: teaching and coaching others.
Sharing my love for piano with my students has become my true passion. Watching them grow, develop their skills, and find their own joy in music fills my days with purpose. I am deeply grateful for every student who has entrusted me with their musical journey.
